Licensing

Complying with software licensing with a large company such as Microsoft® can be a very difficult and time-consuming issue. DataCorp will assess your company's current set of software licenses, and determine what additional licenses you may need. We will provide you with a detailed estimate of the cost involved in obtaining any additional licenses needed, and purchase them for you after receiving your approval.

DataCorp can provide the answers to questions such as this:

• What is the cheapest way to get virus protection on all my servers and PC's?
• What is the cheapest way to upgrade everyone in my company from Office 97 or Office 2000 to Office XP?
• Is all the software on my company's PC's "legal", in case I get audited?
• What is cheaper: per-seat licenses, or per-processor licenses?

Support & Installation

• Configure Microsoft Outlook
• Install anti-virus software on all PC's and servers
• Install and configure Microsoft Exchange Server or Internet Information Server
• Install and configure back-up software for a server
• Set up Active Directory (part of Windows 2000 Server)

Warranty

• We offer one year warranty from the initial installation date on all of our custom software projects.

Version Upgrade & Scheduled Maintenance

• DataCorp will install upgrades and maintenance releases as they become available from companies such as Microsoft and Symantec.
• Technical Support - if you don't have the time to deal with a technical support department, DataCorp can advise you over the phone or by making a trip to the location of the PC in question
